My father was a Filipino cook, my maternal grandfather an Italian Chef in California's Bay Area.  What does that make me?  Open to many flavors in the world.  Throughout the years I've learned to appreciate high standards of taste and have come to blend my parents recipes, creating colorful dishes, with 'Eurasian Flare'.  I hope you'll enjoy what you find here, as well as contribute your comments.
